Plaza Food Fest

Today was a very nice day for me. Today we participate (Sara and Me) in the Plaza Food Fest with our profesor Chef Patrick Escobar.

He prepared a paella with grains (every color beans and chickpeas). After he made the paella, he prepared a chicken ceasar salad for evening news. As you can see he is next to the Telemundo reporter Lourdes Collazo.

It was a great experience as usual :) but this working in front of the public is very nice because since they taste the food you get the feedback inmediatly.
